Fat-Grip Dumbbell Curl
1 - Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand fitted with fat grips or held by thick handles.
2 - Let your arms hang fully extended at your sides with palms facing forward and wrists straight.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest tall, and pin your elbows close to your torso.
4 - Curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms still throughout the movement.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top while maintaining a firm grip and neutral wrist position.
6 - Lower the dumbbells slowly and under control until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without swinging your body or letting your elbows drift forward.
