PVC Around-The-World
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a PVC pipe or stick with a wide overhand grip.
- 2 - Brace your core lightly and keep your arms straight without locking your elbows aggressively.
- 3 - Start with the PVC in front of your thighs, then raise it smoothly overhead while maintaining a wide grip.
- 4 - Continue moving the PVC behind your head and down behind your body as far as your shoulder mobility allows without pain.
- 5 - Reverse the motion by bringing the PVC back up behind you, over your head, and down to the starting position in front of your thighs.
- 6 - Move slowly and under control for the desired number of repetitions, widening your grip if you feel shoulder pinching or excessive strain.
