Shoulder Flexion Stretch
1 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Slowly raise one or both arms straight in front of you, keeping your elbows extended, until you feel a gentle stretch in the shoulder.
3 - Continue lifting your arm(s) overhead as far as comfortably possible without arching your lower back.
4 - Hold the end position for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.
5 - Slowly lower your arm(s) back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat on the opposite side if performing unilaterally, and complete 2–3 repetitions per side.
