Serratus Wall Slide
- 1 - Stand facing a wall with your feet hip-width apart and your forearms placed vertically against the wall at about shoulder width.
- 2 - Keep your elbows bent around 90 degrees and gently press your forearms into the wall without shrugging your shoulders.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your ribs down so your lower back does not arch.
- 4 - Slowly slide your forearms upward along the wall while maintaining light pressure into the wall.
- 5 - At the top, reach slightly upward by allowing your shoulder blades to rotate and glide around your rib cage.
- 6 - Slowly slide your forearms back down to the starting position with control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping the movement smooth and pain-free.
