Above Head Chest Stretch
1 - Stand tall or sit upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your core gently engaged.
2 - Raise both arms above your head and interlace your fingers with your palms facing upward.
3 - Gently push your hands upward and slightly backward, opening your chest and extending through your thoracic spine.
4 - Allow your shoulder blades to retract and your chest to expand fully as you hold the stretch.
5 - Breathe deeply and hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds, feeling the stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.
6 - Slowly return your arms to the starting position and relax.
