- 2 - Keep your elbows tucked close to your sides and your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
- 3 - Engage your core and keep your back straight to avoid swinging.
- 4 - Curl the barbell upward by flexing your elbows, bringing the bar toward your upper chest and shoulders.
- 5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, holding for a brief moment.
- 6 - Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner, fully extending your arms.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
