Finger Taps
- 1 - Stand or sit in a comfortable position with your arms relaxed at your sides or resting on a flat surface.
- 2 - Raise one hand and extend all fingers fully, keeping your wrist neutral and stable.
- 3 - Begin tapping each finger to your thumb in sequence, starting with your index finger and moving toward your pinky finger.
- 4 - Reverse the sequence, tapping from your pinky finger back to your index finger.
- 5 - Maintain a steady rhythm and gradually increase the speed of the taps as coordination improves.
- 6 - Perform the exercise on both hands simultaneously or alternating, depending on the desired difficulty level.
- 7 - Continue for the desired duration, focusing on precision, speed, and full finger extension with each tap.
