Hand Grip Strengthener
1 - Hold the grip strengthener in one hand with your fingers wrapped around the handles and your thumb on the opposite side for stability.
2 - Position your wrist in a neutral, slightly flexed position and ensure your elbow is relaxed at your side or resting on a surface.
3 - Squeeze the handles together as hard as possible by curling your fingers inward, engaging your forearm and hand muscles fully.
4 - Hold the fully squeezed position for 1-2 seconds to maximize muscle tension and endurance benefit.
5 - Slowly release the grip in a controlled manner, allowing the handles to return to the open position over 2-3 seconds.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the opposite hand and perform the same sequence.
