Axle Bar Curl
1 - Stand upright with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold the axle bar in front of your thighs with an underhand grip.
2 - Keep your chest up, shoulders pulled back, elbows close to your sides, and wrists neutral around the thick bar.
3 - Brace your core and curl the bar upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms as still as possible.
4 - Raise the bar until your biceps are fully contracted and the bar is near the front of your shoulders.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while maintaining control and avoiding backward lean or swinging.
6 - Lower the bar slowly back to the starting position until your arms are fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
