Wall Thoracic Rotation
1 - Stand with your side next to a wall, feet hip-width apart, and lightly brace your core.
2 - Place the hand closest to the wall against the wall at shoulder height with your arm straight or slightly bent.
3 - Keep your hips and lower back as still as possible while maintaining an upright posture.
4 - Rotate your upper back and chest away from the wall, reaching the opposite arm across your body or opening it outward as comfortable.
5 - Pause briefly at the end range while breathing steadily, feeling the rotation through your upper back.
6 - Return to the starting position in a controlled motion and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
