Band Pull Apart
1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a resistance band with both hands in front of your chest.
2 - Keep your arms straight or slightly bent, with your hands about shoulder-width apart and palms facing down.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and pull your shoulders slightly back and down.
4 - Pull the band apart by moving your hands out to the sides, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Continue pulling until the band reaches your chest or your arms are fully opened to the sides.
6 - Slowly return your hands to the starting position while keeping tension in the band.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement controlled and avoiding shrugging your shoulders.
