Machine Hip Adduction Seated
1 - Sit on the hip adduction machine with your back firmly against the backrest and your feet placed on the foot supports.
2 - Adjust the thigh pads so they rest against the inside of your knees or thighs, and set the machine to a comfortable starting range of motion.
3 - Grip the handles or sides of the seat to stabilize your torso and keep your chest upright.
4 - Brace your core and press your thighs inward against the pads in a controlled motion until your legs come together or reach the machine’s end range.
5 - Pause briefly at the contracted position, then slowly allow your legs to return outward to the starting position without letting the weight stack slam down.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining controlled movement and steady breathing.
