Foam Roll Inner Thigh
1 - Place a foam roller on the floor and lie face down with one knee bent out to the side.
2 - Position the foam roller under the inner thigh of the bent leg, close to the groin but not directly on the joint.
3 - Support your upper body with your forearms and keep your opposite leg extended or comfortably positioned for balance.
4 - Slowly roll from the upper inner thigh toward the knee, keeping the movement controlled.
5 - Pause briefly on tender areas and breathe deeply, allowing the muscle to relax without forcing pressure.
6 - Continue for the desired duration, then switch sides and repeat.
