Band Hammer Curl
1 - Stand on the center of a resistance band with your feet about hip-width apart.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand with your palms facing each other in a neutral grip.
3 - Stand tall with your chest up, shoulders relaxed, elbows close to your sides, and core braced.
4 - Curl your hands upward toward your shoulders while keeping your palms facing inward and your upper arms still.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower your hands back to the starting position under control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting the band snap back.
