Dumbbell Cross-Body Curl
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with your palms facing inward.
- 2 - Keep your chest up, shoulders relaxed, elbows close to your torso, and core braced.
- 3 - Curl one dumbbell upward and across your body toward the opposite shoulder, keeping your palm facing inward throughout the movement.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze your biceps without letting your shoulder roll forward.
- 5 - Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
- 6 - Repeat on the opposite side, alternating arms for the desired number of repetitions.
- 7 - Avoid swinging your body or using momentum; keep the movement controlled and focused on elbow flexion.
