Cable Bicep Curl
1 - Attach a straight bar, EZ bar, or rope handle to the low pulley of a cable machine.
2 - Stand facing the machine with your feet about shoulder-width apart and grasp the attachment with an underhand grip.
3 - Keep your elbows close to your sides, chest up, shoulders back, and core braced.
4 - Curl the attachment upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl without letting your shoulders roll forward.
6 - Lower the attachment back down in a controlled motion until your arms are nearly fully extended.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
