Dumbbell Pinwheel Curl
1 - Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, arms fully extended at your sides and palms facing your body in a neutral grip.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a slight bend in your knees.
3 - Curl one dumbbell diagonally across the front of your body toward the opposite shoulder while keeping your palm facing inward.
4 - Keep your upper arm mostly still and avoid swinging your torso or using momentum.
5 - Squeeze at the top of the movement, then lower the dumbbell back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat on the opposite arm, alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
