Dumbbell Gorilla Row
1 - Place two dumbbells on the floor between your feet and stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees slightly, keeping your back flat, chest angled toward the floor, and core braced.
3 - Grip both dumbbells with your palms facing each other and keep your shoulders packed down away from your ears.
4 - Row one dumbbell toward your ribs by driving your elbow back, keeping your torso stable and avoiding rotation.
5 - Lower that dumbbell back to the floor under control, then row the opposite dumbbell in the same manner.
6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong hip-hinge position.
