Dumbbell Bayesian Curl
- 1 - Stand upright holding a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing forward or slightly inward.
- 2 - Step or lean slightly forward so the working arm hangs just behind your torso, creating a stretch through the front of the upper arm.
- 3 - Keep your shoulder down and back, chest tall, and elbow positioned slightly behind your body throughout the movement.
- 4 - Curl the dumbbell upward by bending your elbow, focusing on squeezing the biceps without letting the elbow drift forward.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the dumbbell slowly until your arm is extended behind your torso again.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
