1 - Stand beneath a pull-up bar with your feet shoulder-width apart, ensuring the bar is within reach when you jump.
2 - Bend your knees slightly, then explosively jump upward while simultaneously reaching up to grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
3 - Use the momentum from your jump to pull your chin above the bar, engaging your lats, biceps, and upper back.
4 - Hold the top position briefly with your chin over the bar.
5 - Lower yourself in a controlled manner back down to the starting position, softening your landing by bending your knees as your feet touch the ground.
6 - Reset your stance and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
