Sprint Flying 10
1 - Set up a 20–30 meter acceleration zone followed by a clearly marked 10 meter flying sprint zone.
2 - Begin from a standing or rolling start and accelerate smoothly through the build-up zone without straining.
3 - Gradually increase speed so you enter the 10 meter flying zone at near-maximal velocity.
4 - Sprint through the 10 meter zone with tall posture, relaxed shoulders, strong arm drive, and quick ground contacts.
5 - Maintain maximal speed through the entire flying zone without reaching or overstriding.
6 - Continue running past the finish marker for several meters before gradually slowing down.
7 - Walk back fully and rest long enough to maintain high-quality sprint speed before the next repetition.
