Cable Preacher Curl
1 - Attach a straight bar or EZ-style cable attachment to a low pulley and position a preacher bench in front of the cable machine.
2 - Sit on the preacher bench with your chest against the pad and place your upper arms firmly on the angled support.
3 - Grip the attachment with an underhand grip, keeping your wrists neutral and elbows aligned on the pad.
4 - Start with your arms nearly extended while maintaining slight tension in the cable; do not let your shoulders roll forward.
5 - Curl the attachment upward by bending your elbows and contracting your biceps, keeping your upper arms fixed against the pad.
6 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the attachment slowly until your arms are nearly straight again.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and avoiding momentum.
