1 - Lie face down on the floor with your legs extended behind you and the tops of your feet flat on the ground.
2 - Place your hands flat on the floor directly beneath your shoulders, fingers spread wide, elbows tucked close to your sides.
3 - Press through your palms and slowly lift your chest off the ground, straightening your arms partially or fully while keeping your hips on the floor.
4 - Once in the cobra position, exhale and rotate your upper torso to the right, looking over your right shoulder as far as is comfortable.
5 - Hold the rotated position for 1-2 seconds, feeling the stretch along the left side of your torso and spine.
6 - Return to the center cobra position, then rotate to the left side, looking over your left shoulder.
7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on each side, then slowly lower your chest back to the floor to finish.
