Barbell Snatch-Grip Bent-Over Row
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and the barbell over your mid-foot.
- 2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees slightly, lowering your torso until it is nearly parallel to the floor.
- 3 - Grip the barbell with a wide snatch grip (hands placed significantly wider than shoulder-width, palms facing down).
- 4 - Engage your core and keep your back flat, maintaining a neutral spine throughout the movement.
- 5 - Pull the barbell toward your lower chest or upper abdomen by driving your elbows out wide and retracting your shoulder blades.
- 6 - Hold the contraction briefly at the top, squeezing your upper back muscles.
- 7 - Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
