Cable Curl
1 - Stand facing a cable machine with a straight bar or EZ bar attachment set at the lowest pulley position.
2 - Grab the bar with an underhand (supinated) grip, hands approximately shoulder-width apart.
3 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your torso straight and your elbows close to your sides.
4 - With your upper arms stationary, exhale and curl the bar upward by contracting your biceps until the bar is at shoulder level.
5 - Hold the contracted position for a brief moment, squeezing the biceps at the top of the movement.
6 - Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner while inhaling.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
