Elbow Flexor Stretch
1 - Stand tall or sit upright with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2 - Extend one arm straight out in front of you with your palm facing upward.
3 - Use your opposite hand to gently press the fingers of the extended arm downward toward the floor, bending the wrist back.
4 - Hold this position, feeling a stretch along the inside of your forearm and elbow.
5 - Maintain the stretch for 20–30 seconds while breathing steadily and keeping the elbow fully extended.
6 - Release slowly and repeat on the opposite arm.
7 - Perform 2–3 repetitions per side as needed.
