Adiletix - Kettlebell Toss - Step-by-Step Guide
Kettlebell Toss
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your hips.
2 - Hinge at the hips and slightly bend your knees, swinging the kettlebell back between your legs to generate momentum.
3 - Explosively drive your hips forward, extending your hips and knees to propel the kettlebell upward.
4 - Release the kettlebell at chest to eye level, launching it into the air in a controlled arc.
5 - Step back or to the side to allow the kettlebell to land safely on the ground in front of you.
6 - Reset your position, pick up the kettlebell, and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
