Alternating Superman
1 - Lie face down on a mat with your legs straight and your arms extended overhead, palms facing down.
2 - Engage your core and glutes to stabilize your spine throughout the movement.
3 - Simultaneously lift your right arm and left leg off the ground as high as comfortably possible, keeping both limbs straight.
4 - Hold the raised position for 1-2 seconds, squeezing your glutes and lower back muscles.
5 - Slowly lower your right arm and left leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the movement by lifting your left arm and right leg, alternating sides with each repetition.
7 - Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a steady and controlled tempo throughout.
