Foam Roll Front Shoulder
1 - Place the foam roller on the ground and lie face down, positioning the foam roller under your front shoulder (anterior deltoid) area.
2 - Support your body weight on your forearms and the opposite hand on the ground for stability.
3 - Slowly roll along the front of the shoulder, from just below the collarbone down toward the upper arm.
4 - When you find a tender or tight spot, pause and hold gentle pressure on that area for 20-30 seconds until the tension releases.
5 - Continue rolling slowly back and forth across the anterior deltoid and surrounding soft tissue.
6 - Breathe deeply and steadily throughout the movement to encourage muscle relaxation.
7 - Repeat for 60-90 seconds, then switch to the opposite shoulder.
