Dumbbell Reverse Curl
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Let your arms hang by your sides with your palms facing backward or down toward your thighs using an overhand grip.
- 3 - Keep your elbows close to your torso and brace your core to prevent swinging.
- 4 - Curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows while keeping your palms facing down throughout the movement.
- 5 - Raise the dumbbells until your forearms are near vertical or you feel a strong contraction in your biceps and forearms.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
