Dumbbell Seated Hammer Curl
- 1 - Sit upright on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Let your arms hang straight down at your sides with your palms facing each other in a neutral grip.
- 3 - Keep your chest up, shoulders back, elbows close to your torso, and wrists straight.
- 4 - Curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows while keeping your palms facing each other throughout the movement.
- 5 - Squeeze your biceps and forearms briefly at the top without letting your elbows drift forward.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a slow, controlled motion.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
