Band Bicep Curl
1 - Stand on the middle of a resistance band with your feet about hip-width apart.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand with your palms facing forward and your arms fully extended by your sides.
3 - Keep your chest up, shoulders down, elbows close to your torso, and core lightly braced.
4 - Curl your hands upward toward your shoulders by bending at the elbows, keeping your upper arms still.
5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement without letting your elbows drift forward.
6 - Lower your hands back to the starting position in a slow, controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
