Dumbbell Hammer Curl
1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
2 - Keep your palms facing each other in a neutral grip and brace your core.
3 - Keep your elbows close to your torso and your upper arms still throughout the movement.
4 - Curl the dumbbells upward by bending your elbows until your forearms are near vertical.
5 - Squeeze your biceps and forearms briefly at the top without swinging your body.
6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled motion.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
