Plate Pinch Curl
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold one or two weight plates pinched between your fingers and thumbs in each hand.
- 2 - Let your arms hang straight down by your sides with your palms facing inward and your wrists kept neutral.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your shoulders down and back, and maintain a firm pinch grip on the plates.
- 4 - Curl the plates upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms close to your sides and avoiding wrist bending.
- 5 - Lift until your forearms are near vertical or you reach a comfortable top position without losing grip.
- 6 - Lower the plates slowly back to the starting position under control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining constant grip pressure.
