Cable Hip Extension
1 - Attach an ankle strap to a low cable pulley and secure it around one ankle.
2 - Stand facing the cable machine and hold the frame for support, keeping your torso upright and core braced.
3 - Position the working leg slightly in front of your body with a soft bend in the standing knee.
4 - Keeping the working leg mostly straight, drive it backward by squeezing your glute without arching your lower back.
5 - Pause briefly at the end of the movement, then return the leg forward under control to the starting position.
6 - Complete the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
