Ring Face Pull
1 - Set the rings at about chest to face height and stand facing the anchor point.
2 - Hold one ring in each hand with your arms extended and palms facing down or slightly inward.
3 - Walk your feet forward to lean back, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - Brace your core and pull the rings toward your face by driving your elbows out and back.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top while keeping your neck relaxed and wrists aligned.
6 - Slowly extend your arms to return to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
