Dumbbell Incline Y-Raise
- 1 - Set an incline bench to about 30–45 degrees and lie face down with your chest supported, feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Hold a light dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging straight down toward the floor and palms facing each other or slightly inward.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your neck neutral, and pull your shoulder blades slightly down and back without shrugging.
- 4 - Raise both arms diagonally overhead into a Y shape, keeping your elbows mostly straight and thumbs pointed upward.
- 5 - Lift until your arms are in line with your torso or slightly above shoulder level, focusing on squeezing your upper back and lower traps.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position with control.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, using light weight and strict form.
