Wall Slide
- 1 - Stand with your back against a wall and your feet slightly in front of you, about hip-width apart.
- 2 - Press your lower back, upper back, head, forearms, and hands toward the wall as much as your mobility allows.
- 3 - Start with your elbows bent around 90 degrees, upper arms roughly parallel to the floor, and palms facing forward.
- 4 - Brace your core and slowly slide your arms upward along the wall without shrugging your shoulders.
- 5 - Move only as high as you can while keeping control and maintaining contact with the wall as much as possible.
- 6 - Slowly slide your arms back down to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on smooth movement and shoulder control.
