Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly
1 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet about hip-width apart.
2 - Hinge forward at the hips with a slight bend in your knees, keeping your back flat and core braced.
3 - Let the dumbbells hang below your shoulders with your palms facing each other and a slight bend in your elbows.
4 - Raise both arms out to the sides until your upper arms are roughly in line with your shoulders.
5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades gently together at the top while keeping the movement controlled and avoiding shrugging.
6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
