Dumbbell Seated Reverse Arnold Press
1 - Sit upright on a bench with back support, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with palms facing toward you (pronated grip) and elbows bent.
2 - Engage your core and keep your back flat against the bench throughout the movement.
3 - Begin pressing the dumbbells upward while simultaneously rotating your wrists outward, so that your palms face away from you at the top of the movement.
4 - Continue pressing until your arms are fully extended overhead, with dumbbells nearly touching at the top.
5 - Reverse the motion by slowly lowering the dumbbells back down while rotating your wrists inward, returning to the starting position with palms facing you.
6 - Control the descent and avoid using momentum to lower the weights.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining consistent wrist rotation throughout each rep.
