1 - Adjust the seat or standing position so the hand cranks are roughly at chest to shoulder height and you can reach them without rounding your back.
2 - Grip both handles firmly, brace your core, and keep your shoulders down and away from your ears.
3 - Begin rotating the cranks forward in a smooth circular motion, using your arms and shoulders while keeping your torso stable.
4 - Maintain an upright posture and avoid excessive leaning, rocking, or shrugging as you build rhythm.
5 - Increase or decrease resistance and cadence to match the desired intensity, focusing on controlled breathing throughout.
6 - Continue for the prescribed duration, calories, watts, or heart-rate target, then gradually slow down before stopping.
