Dumbbell Scaption Raise
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- 2 - Set your shoulders down and back, brace your core, and keep a slight bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Rotate your arms so your thumbs point slightly upward, then raise the dumbbells in a diagonal path about 30 to 45 degrees forward from your sides.
- 4 - Lift the dumbbells to shoulder height or slightly below while keeping your wrists neutral and avoiding shrugging.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position under control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, using a light to moderate weight and smooth, controlled movement.
