Banded Y Raise
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hold a resistance band with both hands, palms facing inward or slightly down.
2 - Anchor the band under your feet or hold it with enough tension so there is light resistance at the start.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a neutral spine with your shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
4 - With your arms mostly straight and elbows slightly bent, raise your hands diagonally upward into a Y shape.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while squeezing your shoulder blades down and back without shrugging.
6 - Lower your arms slowly and under control back to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement smooth and controlled.
