Banded W Pull-Apart
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hold a light resistance band with both hands in front of your chest.
2 - Bend your elbows to about 90 degrees and keep them close to your sides, forming a “W” shape with your arms.
3 - Set your shoulders down and back, brace your core, and keep your chest lifted without arching your lower back.
4 - Pull the band apart by externally rotating your shoulders and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
5 - Pause briefly when the band is stretched and your hands move outward while maintaining the W position.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position with control, keeping tension on the band throughout the movement.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
