Standing Knee Raise
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides or hands resting lightly on a wall or support for balance.
2 - Engage your core and maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
3 - Shift your weight onto your right foot, keeping a slight bend in the standing knee.
4 - Drive your left knee upward toward your chest as high as comfortably possible, flexing at the hip.
5 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your core and hip flexors.
6 - Slowly lower your left foot back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the opposite leg.
