Cable Knee Drive
- 1 - Attach an ankle strap to the low pulley of a cable machine and secure it around one ankle.
- 2 - Stand facing the cable machine with your feet hip-width apart, holding the machine or a stable surface lightly for balance.
- 3 - Engage your core and maintain an upright posture throughout the movement.
- 4 - Drive the knee of the attached leg upward toward your chest in a controlled, powerful motion until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your hip flexors and core.
- 6 - Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position in a controlled manner, resisting the pull of the cable.
- 7 - Complete all reps on one side before switching to the other leg.
