Rear Deltoid Stretch
- 1 - Stand tall or sit upright with your back straight and core engaged.
- 2 - Bring your right arm across your chest at shoulder height, keeping it straight.
- 3 - Use your left forearm or hand to gently press your right arm closer to your chest, feeling a stretch in the rear deltoid and upper back.
- 4 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply and relaxing into the position.
- 5 - Avoid rotating your torso; keep your shoulders level and squared forward.
- 6 - Release slowly and repeat the stretch on the opposite arm.
