Cross-Body Posterior Capsule Stretch
- 1 - Stand or sit tall with your spine neutral and shoulders relaxed.
- 2 - Bring one arm across the front of your chest at shoulder height, keeping the elbow mostly straight but not locked.
- 3 - Use your opposite hand or forearm to gently pull the stretching arm closer to your chest.
- 4 - Keep the shoulder of the stretching arm down and avoid shrugging or rotating your torso.
- 5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, feeling tension in the back of the shoulder.
- 6 - Release slowly, then repeat on the opposite side.
- 7 - Perform for the desired duration without forcing the shoulder into pain.
