Machine Calf Press
1 - Sit on the calf press machine and place the balls of your feet on the lower portion of the footplate, with your heels hanging off the edge.
2 - Adjust the knee pad so it rests comfortably just above your knees, securing your legs in place.
3 - Push through the balls of your feet to extend your ankles fully, raising your heels as high as possible in a controlled manner.
4 - Hold the top contracted position for a brief moment, squeezing your calves.
5 - Slowly lower your heels back down below the footplate level to achieve a full stretch in the calves.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a controlled tempo throughout.
