Soleus Wall Stretch
1 - Stand facing a wall and place both hands on the wall at about chest height for support.
2 - Step one foot back and keep the back heel flat on the floor with the toes pointing forward.
3 - Bend both knees slightly, especially the back knee, while keeping your back heel down.
4 - Shift your body weight gently toward the wall until you feel a stretch low in the back calf near the Achilles tendon.
5 - Hold the stretch without bouncing, breathing steadily and keeping the foot aligned straight ahead.
6 - Release slowly, then switch sides and repeat for the desired duration.
